Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
Zest and juice the oranges. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the almond meal and baking powder, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the orange zest and juice.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
