French Onion Beef and Noodles

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
Stir in beef broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until beef is tender.
Add egg noodles and cook according to package directions.
Serve hot.
Notes
This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled to feed a larger crowd. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
