Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the bread into cubes and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar.
Add the bread cubes to the mixture and gently stir to coat.
Spoon the mixture into a pre-greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
To add extra flavor, you can sprinkle some cinnamon or nutmeg into the egg mixture.
