  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar granulated

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the bread into cubes and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar.
  • Add the bread cubes to the mixture and gently stir to coat.
  • Spoon the mixture into a pre-greased muffin tin.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

To add extra flavor, you can sprinkle some cinnamon or nutmeg into the egg mixture.
