Fried Rice

A delicious and easy recipe for homemade fried rice. Perfect as a side dish or a quick meal.

  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 0.5 cup cooked chicken diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Whisk eggs in a bowl.
  • Scramble eggs in a pan with a little oil and set aside.
  • Add sesame oil to the pan.
  • Stir-fry vegetables for 2 minutes.
  • Add rice, chicken and soy sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add scrambled eggs and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
