  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Press pie crusts into small taco shells.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • Fill taco shells with cheesecake mixture.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set. Sprinkle with Fruity Pebbles before serving.

Notes

These tacos are best served fresh. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
