Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the milk, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
