  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk at room temperature
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter cooled
  • 0.25 cup rainbow sprinkles

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the milk, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

Notes

For extra fluffiness, let the batter rest for a few minutes before cooking.
