Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Take a small amount of meat mixture and flatten it in the palm of your hand. Place a mozzarella ball in the center and form a meatball around it.
Wrap each meatball with a piece of biscuit dough, pinching the edges to seal.
Place the wrapped meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve with warm marinara sauce on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding chopped parsley to the butter before brushing it on the bombs.
