  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until sauce has slightly thickened.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
