  • 1 pound Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup Dry White Wine (optional)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  • Pour in white wine (if using) and let it simmer for a minute.
  • Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
