Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add the cold water, mixing until the dough just comes together.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
Use a cookie cutter or knife to cut the dough into desired shapes.
Transfer the crackers to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
