Gluten-Free Crackers

These crispy gluten-free crackers are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour blend Use your favorite blend.
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup cold unsalted butter Cut into small pieces.
  • 0.5 cup cold water

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  • Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Gradually add the cold water, mixing until the dough just comes together.
  • Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  • Use a cookie cutter or knife to cut the dough into desired shapes.
  • Transfer the crackers to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Store crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
