  • 1.5 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 pieces gluten-free Oreo cookies roughly chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  • Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Let the brownies cool in the pan before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
