Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Let the brownies cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
