Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Press gluten-free pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, combine pecans, granulated sugar, corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
Pour mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark corn syrup instead of light corn syrup. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the filling.
