A delicious and easy gluten-free pecan pie recipe, perfect for Thanksgiving or any special occasion. This recipe uses a gluten-free crust and is packed with pecans and a rich, sweet filling.

  • 1 cup gluten-free pie crust
  • 1.5 cups pecans
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup light corn syrup
  • 0.5 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Press gluten-free pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
  • In a large bowl, combine pecans, granulated sugar, corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark corn syrup instead of light corn syrup. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the filling.
