  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water About 110°F
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices Halved

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix warm water with yeast and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add gluten-free flour and knead the dough until smooth.
  • Fold in mozzarella and pepperoni into the dough.
  • Place the dough in a greased bundt pan and let rise for 20 minutes.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
