  • 8 oz Gluten-Free Rice Noodles
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Cook rice noodles according to package directions.
  • Stir-fry broccoli and carrots in a wok or large skillet until tender-crisp.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add cooked noodles and soy sauce. Toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately.
