Delicious gluten-free tiramisu cups made with rich mascarpone and a coffee kick, perfect for any occasion!

  • 1.5 cups mascarpone cheese room temperature
  • 0.5 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 pieces gluten-free ladyfingers halved
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for dusting

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Dip the ladyfingers into the coffee briefly and place them at the bottom of each serving cup.
  • Layer the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers.
  • Repeat the layers, finishing with a dollop of mascarpone mixture.
  • Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar according to your taste.
