Greek Yogurt Brownies

Fudgy and delicious Greek yogurt brownies, surprisingly moist and intensely chocolatey.

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add flour, Greek yogurt, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Let cool completely before cutting and serving.

Notes

These brownies are best served at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
