Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Steam or boil green beans until tender-crisp.
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and mushrooms until softened.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk. Heat through.
Add green beans to the sauce and mix well.
Pour into a baking dish and top with fried onions.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade cream of mushroom soup.
