Grilled Steak Salad

A delicious and healthy grilled steak salad with a flavorful dressing.

  • 1.5 lbs Skirt steak
  • 8 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Season the steak with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion to the bowl and toss to combine.
  • Top the salad with the sliced steak, feta cheese, and parsley. Serve immediately.
