Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess fat.
Add onion, carrots, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in beef broth and egg noodles. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Serve hot. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
