Guinness Brownies Irish Cream Frosting

Instructions
Brownie Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth.
Stir in Guinness stout, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Let cool completely before frosting.
Frosting Preparation
In a medium bowl, beat softened butter with an electric mixer until creamy.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Stir in Irish cream liqueur and milk until smooth.
Frost cooled brownies and enjoy!
Notes
For a more intense Guinness flavor, you can reduce the stout to 1/4 cup and add 1/4 cup of strong brewed coffee.
