Preparation Steps

  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  • Place ham and cheese slices over half of the pastry.
  • Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  • Brush the top with melted butter and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
