Hamburger Potato Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 pounds Russet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.75 oz)
- 0.5 cup Milk
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Add onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef mixture, potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
