Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain excess fat.
Add onion and green pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
Stir in rice, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Serve hot. Can be topped with additional cheese, sour cream, or chives.
