  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons 0.12 lb maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Crumble Topping

  • 1 ½ cups 0.37 lb rolled oats
  • ½ cup 0.12 lb almond flour (or whole wheat flour)
  • ¼ cup 0.06 lb chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons 0.12 lb coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons 0.12 lb maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • **Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or pie dish with cooking spray or coconut oil.

Step 2: Prepare the Apple Filling

  • In a bowl, combine the diced apples, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  • Spread the apple mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Step 3: Make the Crumble Topping

  • In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, chopped walnuts, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apples.

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
