These Honey Garlic Steak Bites are the perfect appetizer or quick dinner! Tender steak pieces are coated in a delicious honey garlic sauce and cooked to perfection.

  • 1.5 pounds Sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Add the steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated steak to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness (about 3-5 minutes for medium-rare).
  • Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve these Honey Garlic Steak Bites as an appetizer or alongside rice and vegetables for a complete meal. Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your preferred level of spiciness.
