Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour egg mixture into the skillet. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
