Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine basil, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped.
Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Pulse again to combine.
With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until a paste forms.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Notes
Serve pesto with pasta, as a sandwich spread, or as a dip.
