Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the sushi rice according to package directions.
Mix rice vinegar into the cooked rice.
Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo rolling mat.
Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
Arrange salmon, cucumber, and avocado in a line across the center of the rice.
Using the bamboo mat, roll the sushi tightly.
Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces.
Serve immediately with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
