Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook ziti according to package directions.
In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked ziti and crushed tomatoes to the cheese mixture; stir to combine.
Pour mixture into the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
Carefully release any remaining pressure. Top with extra cheese and broil for 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use fresh herbs instead of dried. You can also add other vegetables, such as spinach or mushrooms.
