Instant Pot Baked Ziti

A quick and easy Instant Pot Baked Ziti recipe, perfect for a weeknight meal. This recipe uses pantry staples and delivers a comforting, cheesy dish.

  • 1 lb Ziti pasta
  • 28 oz Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook ziti according to package directions.
  • In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add cooked ziti and crushed tomatoes to the cheese mixture; stir to combine.
  • Pour mixture into the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
  • Carefully release any remaining pressure. Top with extra cheese and broil for 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use fresh herbs instead of dried. You can also add other vegetables, such as spinach or mushrooms.
