Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.125 tsp Black Pepper
Preparation Steps
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
In the Instant Pot, layer half of the potatoes, then sprinkle with half of the garlic, salt, and pepper.
Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour milk and heavy cream over the potatoes.
Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes, then allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, followed by a quick release.
Stir in cheddar cheese.
