Instant Pot Scalloped Potatoes

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.125 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  • In the Instant Pot, layer half of the potatoes, then sprinkle with half of the garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour milk and heavy cream over the potatoes.
  • Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes, then allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, followed by a quick release.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese.
