A delicious and classic Italian Meatball recipe that's perfect for any occasion. Serve them with pasta, in a sandwich, or on their own.

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef 85% lean preferred
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs Italian-style
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix until evenly combined, then shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add your favorite marinara sauce to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
