Instructions
Crust Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
Filling Preparation
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract and drained pineapple.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour filling into the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
