Jims Pineapple Cheese Pie

A delicious and easy-to-make pineapple cheese pie recipe. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter Melted

Filling

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Crushed pineapple Drained
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Whipped

Instructions
 

Crust Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.

Filling Preparation

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and drained pineapple.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Pour filling into the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
