  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale, red grapes, walnuts, celery, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
