Keto Chocolate Mousse

A rich and decadent keto chocolate mousse that's surprisingly easy to make. Perfect for a low-carb dessert!

  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.125 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener, to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup melted unsweetened chocolate

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the unsweetened cocoa powder and erythritol.
  • Gently fold the cocoa powder mixture and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until just combined.
  • Fold in the melted unsweetened chocolate until no streaks remain.
  • Divide the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of cocoa powder before serving.
