Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir in melted butter until well blended. Press mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks until smooth.
Pour lime mixture over the crust in the baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until set. Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars. Serve chilled.
Notes
These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a firmer texture, freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
