Preparation Steps
Cook the gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add zucchini and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.
Stir in basil, vegetable broth, parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and toss to combine.

Notes
