Lemon Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Juicy chicken tenders coated in a flavorful lemon garlic parmesan crust. Easy to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner!

  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, lemon zest, and parmesan cheese.
  • In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
  • Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken tenders on both sides.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
