Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, lemon zest, and parmesan cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken tenders on both sides.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
