- 15 oz Ricotta cheese
- 0.75 cup Powdered sugar
- 0.25 cup Limoncello
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 0.5 cup Mascarpone cheese
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, limoncello, and lemon zest. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese until smooth.
