These Loaded Steak Quesadillas are a flavor explosion! Juicy steak, melted cheese, and your favorite toppings all wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook steak to desired doneness. Slice thinly.
Place one tortilla in a skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the tortilla.
Top with half of the steak and remaining cheese. Top with other tortilla.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
Notes
Feel free to add your favorite toppings, such as guacamole, pico de gallo, or jalapeños.
