Loaded Steak Quesadillas

These Loaded Steak Quesadillas are a flavor explosion! Juicy steak, melted cheese, and your favorite toppings all wrapped in a warm tortilla.

  • 8 oz steak
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.25 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Cook steak to desired doneness. Slice thinly.
  • Place one tortilla in a skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the tortilla.
  • Top with half of the steak and remaining cheese. Top with other tortilla.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown.
  • Serve with salsa and sour cream.

Notes

Feel free to add your favorite toppings, such as guacamole, pico de gallo, or jalapeños.
