macaroni salad recipe

A creamy and delicious macaroni salad recipe, perfect for potlucks or a light lunch. This recipe uses elbow macaroni, mayonnaise, celery, and other tasty additions.

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Preparation Steps

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
