- 0.25 cup caramel sauce
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 0.33 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp apple pie spice
- 0.5 cup butter, melted
Instructions
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread apple pie filling in an even layer in the bottom of the dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, apple pie spice, and chopped walnuts. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for about 60 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving.
