Maple Mustard Croissant
Flaky croissants filled with savory ham, melted cheese, and a sweet and tangy maple mustard sauce. A perfect breakfast or brunch treat!

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
Slice the croissants in half.
Spread the maple mustard mixture on the inside of the croissant halves.
Layer ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
Close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the maple mustard mixture. You can also use different types of cheese like Gruyere.
