These delicious maple mustard croissant breakfast sandwiches are the perfect way to start your day. Flaky croissants are filled with savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and a tangy maple mustard sauce.

  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 4 croissants Croissants
  • 4 sausage patties Cooked sausage patties
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 slices Cheese Cheddar or your favorite cheese

Preparation Steps

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and mustard. Set aside.
  • Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the eggs in a pan, scramble them to your liking.
  • Assemble the sandwiches: Spread the maple mustard sauce on the bottom half of each croissant. Add sausage patty, eggs, and cheese. Top with the other half of the croissant.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
