  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Arrange the cherry tomatoes and olives around the fillets.
