Preparation Steps
Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add mixed vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated through and the rice is lightly browned.
