Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Combine brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Place pork roast in a roasting pan and pour sauce over it.
Roast for 2-3 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
