Mississippi Pork Roast

A flavorful and tender pork roast with a sweet and tangy Mississippi-style sauce.

  • 3 lbs pork roast
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Combine brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Place pork roast in a roasting pan and pour sauce over it.
  • Roast for 2-3 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).

Serve hot with your favorite sides.
