Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
Top with butter pats and pepperoncini peppers.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, or until the roast is very tender and easily shreds with a fork.
Shred the beef and serve over mashed potatoes or rolls.
