Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, toss the beef with cornstarch to coat. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove beef and set aside.
In the same skillet, add soy sauce, water, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer.
Return the beef to the skillet and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately over cooked rice.
