No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

This no-churn vanilla ice cream is incredibly easy to make and requires no ice cream maker! Just a few simple ingredients and a little time in the freezer will give you creamy, delicious ice cream.

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until solid.
  • Scoop and serve!

Notes

For best results, use a metal loaf pan for freezing. You can also add mix-ins like chocolate chips or chopped nuts before freezing.
