Nutella brownies

Fudgy Nutella brownies made with just eggs and Nutella, naturally gluten-free and extra chocolatey.

  • 4 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • powdered sugar optional for dusting

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
  • Beat eggs in a mixer on high speed for 5 to 8 minutes until they triple in size.
  • Warm Nutella in the microwave for 60 seconds and stir until smooth.
  • Slowly mix the warm Nutella into the whipped eggs until fully combined.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with few moist crumbs.
  • Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
  • Optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, try adding a dash of sea salt or a teaspoon of espresso powder to enhance the chocolate taste.
