Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
Beat eggs in a mixer on high speed for 5 to 8 minutes until they triple in size.
Warm Nutella in the microwave for 60 seconds and stir until smooth.
Slowly mix the warm Nutella into the whipped eggs until fully combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with few moist crumbs.
Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, try adding a dash of sea salt or a teaspoon of espresso powder to enhance the chocolate taste.
